E-W2 Signup: Click here to signup to have your W2 emailed to you instead of mailed USPS. You must have a company code from your employer to signup. The E-W2 emails will go out once the file is received and approved from your employer in January. E-W2 signup is open from October to January 15th or until the employer file is received. W2 Reprint: Click here if you need to have your W2 reissued. If BDS/IBF Group processed your W2 through our Print and Mail Service you can go to our website and order a replacement W2. You may also change your mailing address if it is not correct. If you are in a hurry you may also have us email a copy of your W2 from this site. Reprints for previous years are available now. Reprints for 2008 will be available starting February 1, 2009. This service is only available if approved by your payroll service provider. If you cannot locate your W2 then go to FAQ/Support for further instruction.
